Delivery & Shipping

When placing an order with us, we require payment upfront in full. We do not hold stock and we place your order with our supplier on the date you place your order. 

The items usually take 10-12 working days to get to South Africa. If our international consignment gets delayed at customs, it may take slightly longer than anticipated. Please be aware that this is worst case scenario though. It is unfortunate risk that must be considered when placing your order. We unfortunately do not hold much control over these matters as the legislation is implemented by the shipping companies that are used. But we are pleased to say that from the day we started our business back in 2019, we have not had any issues with delivery whatsoever.
