COVID-19 Precautions

As the COVID-19 (corona virus) situation continues to develop, the safety of our customers, our employees and courier partners remain our primary concern. 

We are taking precautionary measures to reduce the risk of virus transmission. We are taking this current situation extremely seriously and we would like to give you the assurance we are practicing the highest hygiene standards. 

Here are some changes we have implemented:

√Our courier partners will arrive at your delivery address, they will stand back at a safe distance. They will place your parcel at your gate/door. 

√The courier will present you with a scanner to sign on. This will be santised before you sign. 

√All drivers have been issued with latex gloves and face masks to utilize during the delivery process. 

√All packaging and boxes go through a sanitation process on arrival at the courier's warehouse and again before leaving the warehouse for delivery. 

√We have rolled out additional cleaning methods, sanitation processes and ways of handling packaging and shipping of all our orders. 

What can you do to be safe? 

√Wash your hands before & after receiving a delivery. Where possible wear latex gloves for extra protection. 

√Wear a face mask when receiving your delivery.
