Returns & Refunds

If you need to exchange an item that is either too big or too small for a different size, you need to inform us within 2 days of delivery. 

You will need to return the item to us within 7 days. If you need to re-order a different item you need to return the original ordered item in it's state to us within 7 days. The cost for the safe return of the item will be for your account. 

We DO NOT do cash refunds. We are happy to do exchanges for a different item in our collection or offer you a shopping gift voucher to purchase something from our collection in the future. No refunds or returns are allowed on Sale Items; Swimwear items & Lingerie items.
